Cheng-Fei Lai is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Methodology, Policy, and Leadership at the University of Oregon (UO). She received a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. Cheng-Fei worked as a disability counselor before she started her graduate program at the UO. Her research interests include growth modeling, Universal Design principles on instrument and instruction, test validity and reliability, and test accommodation and accessibility issues.
