Problem-Solution
We have organized every chapter to end with problems that depict both
past and current situations. Many of today's problems are best understood
by referring to past information. Three types of problems are presented.
Explanations: You are asked to make a decision
and then provide supporting reasons.
Predictions: In these problems you are given
information and asked to describe a possible outcome.
Explanations: With this type of problem, you
will have an outcome presented and then be asked to describe how it
happened.
